5th May 2006
Aih, after five and a half hours this emotional rollercoaster ride entitled Malaysia v Den-freaking-mark I feel…numb…damning depression. We lost. It’s hell supporting the Malaysian badminton team. The narrow hearts attacks, the incredible STRESS. AUGH !!!!! I watched the first singles and doubles at Jessica’s house. Oh man that was a whopper, especially Chan Chong Ming and Koo Kien Keat. Though they lost the second set 28-30, it was the first time I’ve seen a referee give two red and yellow cards in one match !!! haha…I personally think it’s because of jess’s and mine’s screwed up luck. We were screaming and yelling but that match WOULDN’T end . I feel..emotionally drained.. Yeah well, for the second singles, Hafiz played with no heart at all. Kenneth Johanssen totally bulldozed over him.And Kuan Beng Hong, granted that he’s young and all that, he shouldn’t have gone out the way he did. I wish he’d play the same way Chong Wei does, totally urgency . I give credit to the deliciously dishy Perrson( man that fella is hot ~!!) But I’m supporting MALAYSIA all the way(though that way’s a dead end) If I’m not mistaken they’ll be playing Indonesia for third place. Nyek…:P I’d watch the Denmark game all over again. Even after the pain and anguish(actually should have expected it since well…it’s Malaysia duh), there’s still this hope that lives in everyone that Malaysia would finally get that tidak apa attitude out of the way.
Choong Tan Fook was so farnie, at the end of the match when the interviewers asked what his strategy was he said :
Actually ah we have no strategy wan, we just go there and do our best.
Hopefully Hafiz and Beng Hong will get that HINT.
Anyways, finally went to yen li’s house to get my one tree hill!! You’re looking at the girl who has episodes 16-19 of that series. Apparently, my ability to get locations screwed up applies to apartment floors too. She told me her apartment was 13a and since the lift had floors 13 and 14 but no 13a we went to the 13 floor. Yeah as you know, jess and I were ringing the doorbell and calling yenz up . So after like ten minutes of waiting, we get this call from Yen Li asking where we were since she was standing outside HER apartment. I was kinda wondering why her neighbours had a new bike and repainted their house…:P
