so happy...
i'm finally done shopping!!!!
ish ish it is intoxicating buying stuff...shop shop shop till you drop..
wakaka..
so far i've been to low yat, 1u, and the curve...back to 1u again..
gah...i've finally bought everything i've wanted to get..
specially my adidas superstars...!!
okay okay...enough of my manic shopoholic side.
the other big thing happening..
HAPPY MERDEKA
wasn't planning on celebrating merdeka, but then somehow ended up at the curve on merdeka eve.so happened that there was a carnival going on, so moi alan and i decided to check it out..there wasn't anything much, just the normal carousel and ferris wheel. but the paintball game was really cheap. it was only 2 bucks!!!!!
but in the end, we ended up at the movies watching undiscovered. first time i've ever been to a movie without reading the sypnosis. so we totally didn't know what we got ourselves into. ashlee simpson's acting in it. actually a pretty decent watch.
mmmmm..it's like a semi musical as in it's very song based. what's to expect from a story about a undiscovered musician.
so by that time,it was pretty close to 12 am so we stayed around for the celebrations.
oh yes, we totally didn't know what they were gonna do..
and it was fantastical!!!
the fireworks were awesome..
i mean nothing beats disney *where the even cheorograph the disney songs to the fireworks display*
but this was pretty damn good.
they even had fireworks bursting into the shape of a hibiscus...
oh..and love shaped ones too..
i would put pics, but they're all in alan camera..
and i found the perfect place in 1u to buy books!!!it's very strange to find second hand bookstores in 1u....but i did..it's hidden..mmm...on the second floor. and you can get books for 3 bucks!! chicken soup's going for 29 bucks...so happy...there's even a rare antique book section where there are books by aristotle all that...
forc 15 bucks..hardcover.
wakaka i get intoxicated by old books, with their faded titles and smell...
it's called pay less books.
nyek...sadly, the romance section is full of cowboy books. bleh...
and strangely i've been meeting yvonne *is that how you spell her name?* tew everywhere!! so weird..first 1u then sri hartamas...i mean what are the chances? mmmmm......it's one of those funny situations where we both recognise each other, but only vaguely..
not well enough to say high, but not unknown enough where we can totally ignore each other.haha mostly curious stares at each other..
went to try sri hartamas today. apparently there are 2 hartamas..
one's called desa sri hartamas and the other, sri hartamas.bleh all the hype.anyways, it's full of japanese restaurants...nothing muchie there..* i'm hoping it's cos of merdeka*
wakaka...i so prefer bangsar....
shall be taking a hiatus and going to kuching for the weekend.

oh yeah, almost forgot...
while i was concentrating on all my paperwork in the evening, half listening to the drone of the tv...
typically after every drama before the news, every tv channel has this obligation *i think* to the government to play patriotic encouraging songs..
instead of the usualy keranamu malaysia, tanggal 31 sorta stuff..
i swear...i was half listening..cos the song was so dumb..my brain didn't register till the end.
when i thought i was hearing things..
but i wasn't..
that were singing about "tandas berkualiti *quality toilets*"
with little kids holding up letters happily singing tandas berkualiti at the top of their lungs..in some rural kampung area...
yippeee!!
now they have songs about quality toilets!!!

I am drowning in a cesspool of paperwork and bureaucracy.
seriously, if i knew applying for an uk visa was this troublesome, i'd have stuck with america or australia.
at least for those countries you can apply online. so what if you have to attend interviews, at least everything isn't so rushed and halp-hazard.besides, you have months to get everything settled.
and at least the embassy does it themselves..
for uk, it's a whole different ballgame...
for starters, i've onl got like 2 weeks..
you have to apply through a middlemen..vfs. vfs isn't owned by a british govt, but by another company...and they charge you like 50 bucks processing fee.
just for them to check your visa application and send it to the british council!!!
apparently the british govt couldn't handle all the paperwork..
then just make online applications!!
forgive the rantings of an extremely pissed of visa applicant who just spent the whole blardy day at the centre getting contridictory information from different officers..
"oh ma'am*they're rally polite..but heck you can call me bitch as long i get my visa done pronto* you need a bank statement if you want to get your visa approved"
"you need evidence of your financial ability to pay"
"no you don't need that hsbc guarantee letter..*WTF then how to prove i'vegot the ability to pay???!!??*
"just the three months bank slip.."
anyways, another girl, N who's doing the same course at me at the same uni got hers rejected cos she didn't have a guarantee letter..
"so one month is fine right?"
"well, it may or may not be fine. they'll tell us if it's not enough"
i mean why can't we just go STRAIGHT to them??
can die man...
so ironic that britain prides itself of punctuality...and the 'proper' way of doing things..
oh yes, and the address, when i got to the wisma and went up to the 19th floor, the guard stopped us..
"mesti dapat kertas, baru boleh masuk"
okay fine...
"di mana?"
"di tingkat 6"
what he forgot to mention was that at the 6th floor we had to get in line to get our documents checked..
THEN only IF everything's *seemingly* in order, we get to go up to the 19th floor..
for them to double check before sending it off to the british coucil...
where once again they'll check to grant us the visa..
bleh...
at times like this..
i wish i were singaporean
*apparently singaporeans don't need visas to travel to most places*..
addie the singaporean studying in america.
yessss....
call me unpatriotic..
and then, i have to cut my visa picture cos they want passport size photos..
ppfft...then why in the hell would those idits stipulate 45mm by 35mm if they wanted passport sized photos????
stupid stupid stupid
anyways, back to N, so i was sitting at the 6th floor waiting room minding my own business..
"hey weren't you at the king's gathering ?..you were late"
*no kidding babes*
*trying to recall her*
"em...yeah, i was rushing"
and i have adopted a defeatist attitude towards injections now. somehow *happily* i don't hyperventilate when i get jabs!!
seriously, my freak outs are so famous my dad starts laughing mid jab cos i'm screaming too much..
bleh...but now..i feel..numb...
nyek..the good thing about being a doc's daughter, you can get injections anytime..no wait.
oh yeah, and you get to scream all you want..=P

I am a bad daughter.
So yesterday i woke up thinking it was my dad's birthday. since he woke me up, i was contemplating against wishing him.save it for later..
then i come down all happy and all that..but then there was no mee sua!!(what we usually cook for birthdays)
okay so i thought, maybe there weren't any ingredients..so i innocently ask my grandma..
"so what are we having for dinner tonight?"
"plain white rice"
being confused and all i go up stairs in a huff thinking everyone's a bum who forgot my dear daddy's birthday..
"why aren't we celebrating daddy's birthday???"
*weird look from my brother*
"because it's tomorrow"
i am a bad daughter..
so did all my chest x-rays and stuff before going to fetch my roomie. so i got roped into baking a cake for my dad...which in turn i roped my roomie to help me out.
anyways, since the easiest thing to make is sponge cake, chocolate sponge cake it was...
somehow fell asleep in the afternoon. damn couldn't tahan-ed anymore. late nights and early morning are killing me. what happened to the student tenacity i used to have???
oh yeah, i slept in class..
so still the same...^_^
only started baking the cake at 4.we finished it quite fast tho..
having electric mixers does wonders...

the masterpiece..
okay so didn't do the icing and the *stick man* well it's supposed to be a stick person..
*my dad playing golf*..see the golf stick? and the smudge by the side is the ball..
i shall call this masterpiece...blackforest chocolate supreme daddy-o prototype 1..

my assistants..valuable lessons we have learned from baking..
yen li : not freaking out when the mixer started emmitting smoke. *and we just used it once!!*
ru :well he learnt how to crack eggs properly. indeed a skill in life which would be extremely useful later on...
me : let those ppl bake cakes. my maternal's side all satisfied after my earlier baking mania.
mwah to my dear darling popo for doing most of the work...=D
by the time the cake was done. my roomie and i decided to visit 1u..
anyways, come totally rare shots of..
da dum dum dum..
my bro cam whoring!!!

bottom line is...he is pretty good at it. haha he's got a wide range if facial expressions...nyek...
wakakaka....stopped by lake club for a while to have a snack. apparently i haven't been there for ages. that place even has a mini theater now!
and the shows are pretty recent. they were showing lake house. too bad my roomie and i were dying to go shop at 1u..
and shop we did...huhu...finally went bra shopping!!
i feel sexy...^_^
mmm...think i've been over wearing my contacts lately. my eyes are beginning to get really dry bleh...
from now on i'm wearing glasses !!

I sucks. really it does.
course i try not to feel anything...anything at all.nevermind that it feels that my tummy has this nauseous feeling everytime i think i won't be seeing you as often as i'd like, or that my eyes have been sore these past two days...
it does feel pretty empty without you.
you're the first person on my mind when i think of going out with someone.
the first person i'd think of bitching about idiots to...
wakaka cause it's really funny when you start yelling at the person
so now you're gone...
Mostly thinking that things will never ever be the same again.
You going marks the end of an era.
course we'll meet new friends, move on in life. after all, life's one big cycle.
but there are some people, that are worth bringing on to the next chapter...and the chapter after that...
And You Are One of them...
i can't think of a happy memory without you past year.
Too much has passed between us. Remember those times we had? When we first met, me you and jin? We so totally clicked on some level that the teachers and everyone else asked whether we were from the same school.
Even they saw a quality, an infinite understanding, the casual banter we shared that no matter how many friends you know, how long you’ve known then, only a special few have.
You and I are so different.
You’re the MOST stubborn hot headed oftentimes sarcastic person with a total marshmallow heart. Heck, if anybody asks stuff from you..*for charity* you’d give without hesitating. You’re a fickle ass who has problems deciding stuff. Yet everyone looks up to you to make out their minds for them.
You can’t stand stupid people. Idiots piss you off.
You stand up for what you believe in. You have to be heard (don’t know what’s your problem)
You’re so confident, self assured(yes lar we know you’re hawt!)
You give good advice. Sometimes you care too much.
You have to have things done your way.
But there’s the other part of you. The part which I love.
The one that would accompany me on my weird expeditions and sudden cravings.
we went through my baskin robbins phase, the banana frap phase..nyek...
The one that I’d love to go shopping. Who’d sometimes take ages to decide on what to buy (elegant v funky). Yet has an inability to NOT spend money.
The one who can’t ride roller coasters, watch scary movies, reading in cars, exerting yourself, eating lots of food.
The one who’d let me take the reins.
The one who I’d sit with stoned in front of your house tv for ages just staring at weird shows. it became the norm for me to chill in your house after school.
The one who claims she can’t cook yet teman-ed me to make chocolate cake and caramel squares.
The one who doesn’t mind spending money on food. Even though she doesn’t eat much.
The one who’d always get lost with me. Yet has amazing faith in my driving skills even though people have tried to change her mind. =D
The one who’s terrified of driving alone even though it’s only to leisure mall.
Who sleeps all the time. BUM !
our last cam whoring session...for now....

more pics later....
mmmmm....course it feels so weird....was at the movies today, when my phone rang, and jesze's face. so de nostalgic..course it was just her bro messing with the phone..
wakakaka...her dad's even funnier..
"have you deleted her number from your phone. i've already did"
*then proceeds to show me*
bleh...should have just told him i was waiting for her US number..nyek..
anyways, went to watch snakes on the plane for the 2nd time in 2 days. not that it's a so-fantastic-show-must-watch-or-else..but it was the only movie on gold class..
the most narcissistic movie's i've seen ever..
don't believe me?
go download the soundtrack..snakes on the plane by cobra starship..
huhu went for my first haagen daaz experience today.
no, wasn't for my fondue tho..*waiting for someone to get her ass back*
just some milkshakes.
the waiters there are really soliticious..they even offer to take pictures for you to cam ho..
and observant..
"andrew, i'm going to the toilet"
*to which i proceeded to sneak off to pay*
while i was waiting at the counter, he i see him rush to me..
"the waiter told me your girlfriend's settling the bill already"*i assume he tried to pay while i was in the toilet*
huhu...seriously, damn
observant man....
seems that i'm everyone's girlfriend this week..
first alan now andrew...
i.am.single.

Haven't been getting much sleep lately..
i am...so tired, but i'm afraid to go to sleep. there's so much to remember, and it hurts knowing it won't ever be the same again.
Well, all started when moi alan and i realised that jesze's suprise was waaayy behind schedule.
so we hurried to 1u, got videos of jin and sam *thanks babes* to put inside...
that was sunday..
so us being new movie makers wannabes...we idiotic-ly thought we could start editing the videos on the same day. However, my bro told us converting our videos to a format recognised by windows media movie maker would take like a whole freaking day.
so moi alan and i went to putrajaya to apply for my good conduct cert, went to leisure mall for lunchie...
came back..
and the farking files were still converting!!!
since i had to go work and had serious mental movie block..
we did attempt to choose songs and get a proper plot..
we left it for another day.
that was monday.
then tuesday freaking came...
due to other commitments..we did finally start work in the afternoon..
3 pm..
due to many out of control factors:
namely...
a) crappy freaking buggy windows movie maker kept on crashing and everytime it happened we had to start from where we saved. in the end, we resorted to saving every 5 minutes..bleh..
b) because the clips were really fragmented we didn't have ANY plot ideas. so basically, we were just making it up as we went along..
c) cutting songs,choosing pictures and videos,editing videos...timing timing timing...
d) recording our voices and making good animation, plus a brief sojourn to microsoft paint
alan and i were getting pretty demoralised after mmmmm 4 hours of staring in front of the computer and numerous crashes..we only managed to do 12 minutes of the whole video..
wakakaka..at 1am we had to bid moi alan goodbye. thank god for my brother...
who just so happened to dedicate the whole day helping moi alan and i use the "idiot proof" windows movie maker.

the picture of benevolence
finally FINALLY finished the movie at 3 am...
so the only thing to do was to pray that the video would convert to wmp.(apparently there's like an 80% failure rate*what you get when you use the cheapest movie maker programme around*..which meant that we'd have to do everything AGAIN..from scratch...so at three am, in front of the computer, he and i were literally praying *heads lowered hands clasped* for this video to be part of the 20%.
wakakaka.....
so happy...
but then we had to wake up at 5 to check see if it really did convert..
that was *is* wednesday...
woke up at 8.30 in time to see my bro start converting *AGAIN* the movie into an avi format(where you can play movies on tv)
thought we could happily show the video by twelve.
stupid stupid....
1.5 hours and it was only 20% completed..
so frustrating...i was damn near about to scream...
nevermind, went to jesze house for a lunch

mmmm...someone's missing..
after numerous games...
you name it, we played it..
the animal , lying ,donkey, robber and thief game..
alan, june and i rushed back to kajang to get the file..
which we then had to burn in a cd.
which failed twice. and every attempt took like about a half hour.
by that time, we switched to plan b, which was to just show her on the lap top.
my luck is so freaking suey now..
even with the really soft sound and the tiny screen..
it was worth it...
wakakaka...i've never seen jesze cry like that before..
then i've never seen me like that before ..bleh..honestly, the tears couldn't stop, no matter how much i wanted/needed it too..
bleh....i'm gonna be such a mess tommorrow...^_^

wishing i could be like june...=D
i am...so tired, but i'm afraid to go to sleep. there's so much to remember, and it hurts knowing it won't ever be the same again.

Some pics of jesze's farewell..
Shall let the pics do the talking...Suffice to say, it was as expected..
i did spend most of my time by the road side.nyek...since there were too many people all around and yesterday was an incredibly hot night.
but then there was alco all around...happy-IER..=D

cheers...

haha..by the road side...

hang out place number 2. after all the little kiddies left. bleh...

my babes...

kien looks like a perv here...

i asked him to smile NICELY.. is it too much to ask for a semi decent pic with your bro??

with the goodbye girl...

sesat ppl..

so de manja-ed..

all together now.

oh yeah, it's the last time i'll ever go romance book shopping with jin and moi alan.
the first books she sees..
"UNDRESSED!!"
yes she announced it to the world..and then she starts reading the sypnosis..ALOUD..
"one hot steamy night..."
alan : i think you should take this book.."manswore"*or some lame title like that*
"why?"
"cos i like the title"
never again...
oh and alan treated us some wheatgrass shots..
it's a buck a piece, with free orange slices..
course there are two ways of eating it..
a) sucking the orange and drnking it
b) sam's way( dipping the orange in the juice)
course i do understand why it's selling for a buck tho.
tasted like grass..liquid grass...*shivers*

traffic is cursed today. Saw 7 cars breakdown and a stalled lorry. did i mention i a freak thunderstorm?
bleh...made me late for all my appointments today. *ahem* taking the scenic route to sri petaling from damansara didn't help either.
don't know why i'm so stoned today..
went to jin's house for a while to sort some things out.
p.s i need them photos and fast ppl!!! thanks...=D
finally had our long awaited lunch with ms sooz at mcdonalds due to time constraints and the general lack of places to eat in subang.
so we treated ms sooz for lunch to show our gratitude foe the months spent teaching us ungrateful bums..mostly the time was spent reminiscing about our childish follies..
one she never ceases to remind us is the time where jesze, jin and i *supposedly* made her end class early so we could go catch a movie at pyramid..*course i'm denying it..=D*
and the time where only two passed during the trial..
and we told her
"don't worry ms sooz in the real exams we'd definately pass"
well..we did...with *ahem* flying colors..wakakaka
and most importantly..

.i'm still taller..=D
anyways, had to send jin back to damansara later on. funny how the whole time we've known each other, it's the first time she and i really had quality time together...just the both of us...and first time ever, she suggested cam whoring !

her maasterpiece..nyek...

then i had to ruxh to KL for my king's briefing..
Word of advice, never EVER have any meetings at PGRM...
the design's a nightmare..i *felt* ike i was in the matrix..opening doors to places which are empty and going to floors which were under construction...in the end..some guy who worked there took pity on us, and lead us to the meeting place. which was incidently the next building..bleh...apparently, there are two PGRM building.
he even gave us his namecard in case we got lost coming back * i think he was hitting on us*
when we did finally arrive...
"oh hey, you missed the presentation about visas and life at kings"
okay lar..i admit i was three hours late..
so sue me..
but anyways, the people there were pretty nice..
too bad i wasn't in the mood to be nice. i did try..honest..i did..
ish ish, the more the guy talked...the more frustrated i got
the next few weeks were gonna be incredibly busy ...
i need a good conduct certificate. apparently to prove i wasn't some drug dealer or mastermind criminal..aih..and i tot my innocent face was enough to see me through customs...
and this good conduct cert takes like 1-2 months to obtain!! die man...
i need a visa. but before getting a visa, i need to show them my acceptance letter and accomodation. *which kings is notorious for NOT giving in time*
i need my medical check up..ish..more injections..
they were really sweet to explain things again tho =D
in the end, i couldn't take it..soo...
"thanks..but i gotta go..*why*...em..fetch my brother. so thanks again hope to see you there bye.."
bleh...don't know what got over me...was getting really tired..
went to leisure mall to have a drink and somehow we ended up at the pasar malam..
nyek..bought my little rabbit sweets there too...the reason i bought it was cos it reminded me of the woman at the aquaria the other day..

little roomie..
oh yeah, the first picture taken with my new camera...

nyek...

nyek...
Went to college today to collect my official results *cos there's a little part of me that needs to be sure i really got that*
wakaka..okay so i don't usually suffer from low self belief but, when i do it's really bad.
met up with sam and june for lunch and among other things which i shall go into later.
by the way, sam looks really really hot now!!shall upload my pics when i bother to install the stupid software..ish ish i'm such a bum.
apparently today was awards ceremony for them top scorers. out of the hundred or so top scorers with three A's and above, there were only seven from the humanities.*made me feel so muchie better*
actually Sam was supposed to attend, but after viewing her *formal* outfit...
sadly,
i'd set the fashion police on her..
bleh...june and i were just staring...seriously...just staring...
thank god you didn't do it sam!!!proud of you babes..
somehow got roped into a Singapore Managament University talk with June.the talk was actually quite interesting...
especially the part about internships and double degrees.
since she did it in groups, it just the four of us(plus another SAM girl) and a laptop presentation of SMU.it also helped that the representative was really nice.
of course Sam and i were really sesat there and i was reading my Times Good University Guide under the table..
at first June wasn't too keen on SMU thinking it was some ciplak crappy university..
till we realised it did have transfer programmes to Wharton and Carnegie Mellon..gah
*why didn't i think of singapore!!*
representative : used to be all the NUS rejects came to us, now it's the other way around...
................
okay..so it was getting quite intimidating...
then had to rush home for a family dinner with family friends.but it was okay since andrew and annabelle were there.
unfortunately for us, some moments were pretty awkward especially when they began exchanging jokes about their sons girlfriends.
can you imagine your mom talking about strategies to handle her offspring's special someonE??
"just leave them alone..."
"they always bring their girlfriends to their rooms. don't know what they do inside"
bleh..i..*almost*..wanted die....
until they got to the part about divorce...
and them advising us about divorce..
"pre nuptial agreements are so unnatural"
then i wanted to die...
anyways, talking about good winter clothes,
"zara has a really good winter line."
aiyo....i mean the one shop i swore never to EVER shop in has good winter jackets!!damn sad....guess i've got to unswear it.^_^
apparently, the first winter jacket i've been advised to buy should be navy blue or black.
and i've found out my orientation's on the 13th of september!!
ish ish..so i might be going sooner than expected...

I wasn't as strong as i thought.
My first visit to the aquaria..
I'm sure it was the little kids*must have been like farking 100 of those little screaming critters * around,
definately the lack of food,
the first day of my period,
the sleepless nights,
the emotional exhaustion,
pushing myself these past couple of weeks,
I fainted.
bleh...the first time in my life and i fainted.
so embarrasing...
all began when i felt the cramps, which do tend to get really bad when i'm stressed. but since andrew was still really into the fishes and we just did start the tour, i super tahan-ed my pain.
It came to a point where i was seriously thinking of stopping by jesze or jin's house for panadol and a rest since i was going to 1u later.
wakaka...but nooo...i tot i *could* endure the screaming kids and fishes.
then came the tunnel.
the blue lights, the sharks, the stuffy atmosphere..ish iah
but halfway through, i was a goner...i felt nauseous, there came a point where i couldn't stand up..so i did try to get to the nearest exit..but the more i walked the blacker things got,the ringing in my ears grew louder, i felt so dizzy...
so i collapsed..
though i did learn tho, there are caring people around. when i did muster the strength to open my eyes, i saw two middle aged woman there who were really really sweet..
"are you okay? you fell down in the middle"
which they then proceeded to help me lean against the wall.
one of them gave me some rabbit sweets to *ahem* regain my strength, while the oher gave me panadol after seeing my sweaty pale obviously in pain face..
then the guards came and took me to some sofas to rest. tho the only thing i could croak out was
"water, i need water"
and they did give me warm water.
soo nice...
so peoples, one of the better places to faint is the aquaria at klcc.=P
the benches are really comfortable, plus it was dark and cool.
but on a more serious note, i'm so glad to know there are really kind people out there. ^_^
andrew was really sweet, he insisted on staying with me, but eh...since we were visiting the aquaria i made him walk around while i took a quick nap.
by the time i was ready to explore *damn excited* oh yeah did i mention all the kids were gone? ..
i took the escalator up..and there were no more fishes!!!!just the gift shop...kenot take it...
later we went to watch the break up...
which is a good show. not much on laughs, but really realistic...
and i spilt pop corn on him...
great..0_o
kudos to him for not freaking out even after my fainting incident and our scenic route to 1u, and the pop corn thingy..wakaka..
i mean he even ate all the popcorn spilt on him. tsk tsk..x wastage...=D
i would have freaked a long time ago...
i met up with my roomie after that. it was just like old times...me cuddling under her blanket, her making hot chocolate for me and steaming hot old cucumber soup and talking about boyfriends, friends, life, leaving, being a real crappy mess...
roomie..thank you...
mwah.

=D
okay a quick summary on what i'm been up too.
Shall start on saturday.
Our road trip back to Penang. We stopped by that place, something Pilau..for Jesze's uncle to pass us some stuff. He did that and more...
wakaka..
he taught us how to eat raw corn. We just pulled the the leaves of, plucked the corn seeds and ate it.
Tastes so much better than steamed corn. It was sweet and crunchy.I wonder why they don't subsitute those pop corn in the cenimas for fresh corn...
hmmm....
So then we start planning Hon Pan's 'surprise' party. actually, i kinda took pity on *someone* which is why i offered to plan it. since *soneone* was getting really stressed out over other parties.
So out of options(we were rushing back from penang) we decided to buy some sushi and celebrate at mr pan's house.
The *supposed* plan :
5.30 : arrive home
6-7.30 :go mid valley, get cake, find his house
8.00 : reach his house
9.30 : go home
alas the best laid plans...
due to some unfortunate circumstances..we arrived at seven. which we then proceeded to split up (moi alan, jesze, and kaori) going back to jesze's house and jin going to mine.
our schedule was shot to bits..
fortunately, my parents can be really cool and so they helped me buy the sushi *mwah*
afterwards, we went to ulek to get him a cake.*i think ulek is jesze's territory or summit too*
then proceeded to drive to his house which incidently we only had a vague idea and our only indication was where his car was. luckily *damn lucky* it wasn't hidden or anything so we did find his house with little difficulty.
anwyays, our supposed surprise was ruined when we realised *someone* was looking out the window.
blardy hell...the first thing he said to us when we arrived???
"where's marcus"
pppffft....
as if he'd been expecting us..*which he had because of some people who told him not to go out that night who wasn't even involved with the surprise*
i feel damn vindictive...and pissed....of course the only thing keeping me from yeling is the fact that she did it unknowningly *or did she*?
so mr pan had two birthday cakes ..
one surprise by his family and the other by us.
haha went to raintree to cut the cake cos the *ahem* setting for taking photos was soo much better..
awyways, the cheese cake at king's confectionary is pretty decent.
plus fuck fuck FUCK...on the way home, i got caught by a fucking speed trap. I was going at like 124km on a 90km highway.
And the only thing i regret was not attempting to bribe the police cos the only thing that was going through my mind
"the end of my P"
so yes i've got a court summon on the 9th of October.which is just great since i'm leaving in september..
so how!!!?????
According to kien's friends and the police he went to...they say i have to go to court..
apparently there are 2 kinds of summons...
one compoundable and the non-compoundable one
bleh...
Thanks so much LEE KIEN SENG !! I really appreciate everything!!! mwah
Then sunday was spent at the pc fair.
I went with the intention of getting a Sexy Senorita. Enough of Hunky Hotties...
MacBook was utterly Sexy Senorita to me.ish ish unfortunately,in the sexist world of electronic gadgets most sexy senoritas are bimbos. All style and no functions.
so i ended up getting a dell...my hunky hottie number 2.
And i've got a new camera...*drools* wakakaka....my hunky hottie number 3.
also went for kaori's surprise birthday number #1.
Monday followed the gang to 1u for lunch since i couldn't join them for cannie's birthday. Ish ish..my job's killing my social life..
Lunch was at jack's place..won't ever fo there again. Over priced and under cooked.
work was fine..before i got an sos from moi alan.something about kaori being upset and they were having Kaori's suprise birthday number 2#.
so fine, i rush down, cut work, tell my boss that i've got to go home early to pray at some temple. something about hungry ghost festival, drive all the way to cheras in the night,
only to be told i was just there to fill in the head count.
so fine...i'm not angry..i'm hurt.
this whole two weeks, i've been going around to places i normally won't even go, blowing my other friends off so i could be around, willingly did stupid stuff,
i know i wasn't asked to, but because they are your buddies, you just do it.
and i didn't even merit an invitation to the airport. it's as if my whole time there, it's true i was just there ..to be head count.
and that's what hurts...to be taken for granted.
i've told myself, you can't ever feel you're self-important.
but i'm here.
i have feelings.
i can't help that.
and i'm tired.
Shall start on saturday.

Everything's been a whirlwind lately.
Since i got my results...
Never in my life.
First time ever i cried for my results..
But not really out of joy
It was more of
*does this mean i'm really leaving?*
So bleh...
A A B D
I got D for maths. So de sad...actually, not suprising since
Jesze : I got C for maths..
which means
a) fuck..meaning i'd be getting fail or summit..*so D is best case scenario*
and
b) Poor ms suzzie..
wakakaka...
damn sad..lucky i didn't fail tho...
Socio became my savior.
Bleh...so the afternoons of playing quadrapop, doodling cute little hearts, and sitting at the back in class totally paid of. ^_^
So Wednesday was spent chilling with my darling *love you to bits roomie* ended up doing some lame ass poor man's karoake session which consisted of my brother on the piano and us singing.
since i only had old songs, it was moon river, somewhere out there, memory..kinda songs...haha had tons of fun warbling away..
Then came Penang!!!
Yes, i admit the one of the main reasons to go Penang was for the food.
But then there was ipoh.
We stopped by for lunch. Jesze's Uncle Rodney took us around. Apparently he is THE guy to go for when it comes to food.
I'm impressed.
Really i am.
He brought us to some Ipoh Tauge chicken place. Which is essentially chicken rice. With hor fun. So de nice..
but even better..due to his love of food..we went to more than one place...

need i say more?
of course we couldn't leave ipoh without visiting the caves!! *ipoh's famous for them...i think*
So..Perak caves it was..
I kinda tot we could just pray pray and enjoy the cool caves breeze..
but NOOOO..
there were steps to climb...
and so we did climb..
and climb...
it's worse than kek lok si..
it's worse than batu caves..
the stairs were so de steep...
we were all almost dying
but bionic woman continued..
so we had to follow.
our reward? the whole wonderful view of ipoh!! *yay*
plus a statue to pray. but i think it's for hindus.

stoned poses...
so back we were on our way to penang.Anyways, i have just realised, the bios has really crappy air circulation. The way the air cons are situated..it doesn't point directly to the back seats. so jin, jesze and i were literally frying at the back.
The only thing i clearly remember is the HEAT. It's so incredibly hot over there.
So we took her to the normal places..kek lok si, penang hills, botanical gardens..
bleh..penang is becoming so commercialised now.
At kek lok si, they have malaysia's first inclined lift to go to guan yin's temple.
We had to PAY 4 bucks. Ish ish...i mean how can it's a temnple right..and it was still under construction..
course we had to climb the pagoda there. more steps...
felt like the whole trip we were doing nothing but climbing steps...
Then there was the botanical gardens. Which we walked in the farking hot sun for 15 minutes because a certain Penang-ian claimed there was a waterfall where we could cool of.
Halfway through..
"so you hear the water fall? just follow the drain along the road..that's where the waterfall flows to"
when we arrive to a half empty river..
"eh where's the waterfall?"
*talking on the phone with his friend about the mysterious missing waterfall*
"what you mean boh liao(no more)!!??"
get this...there was NO waterfall!!
then there was penang hill.i know remmber why i SWORE never to EVER return the last time i went up with yen li.
Ahh...the tram ride..with NO AIR CON. and going at the speed of 100 metres a minute*well it felt like it*took us an half an hour to reach the top.
which made even the bionic woman start yelling "hayaku hayaku !!(faster faster)"
on a sad note, they don't have anymore rented bicycles over there...T_T
I had the best nasi kandar in penang. I am so in love with the gravy curry. and the potatoes and cockles. it's really adddictive..i'm still craving it.
oh.we went to batu ferringhi. now i know why june loved pulau perhantian so much. Since kaori brought a underwater camera, we were all feeling real guilty cos we didn't have the time to bring her to langkawi and such. so batu feringghi it was. well there was paragliding, horse rides, jet skis, banana boats *shiver*
we took the package
130 = paragliding, banana boat *kaori was so into it*, and jet skis.
quite reasonable.
luckily, it was getting really dark, technically we didnt' have to do the banana boat. well we only survived one wave cos the seas were getting really choppy.
*jesze and i were secretly hoping we didn't need to get on*
we have a new banana boat champion.
Bionic woman!
while the ex-champion *ahem* was the first one to get thrown off, bionic woman bravely hung on *until her contacts fell off*. wakaka....
but paragliding was fun!!
the one place that was really worth is was the snake temple!!!
Last time i went, i vaguely remember the snakes being light green..but it's bigger now...no snakes at the temple per se. there's a snake farm..*which you have to pay* The snake farm was fantastical!! you get to play with snakes and lizards.which is seriously more fun than it sounds. especially touching the snakes..i can understand why people pay thousands for snake skin purses etc..
And it's bigger.
A lot commercialised.
More pictures and hon pan's suprise party to come!

My first ever trip to Central market and already can die.
I hate that place. Hate hate hate. Well it wasn't so bad, but i was totally paranoid. about snatch thieves!! gasp....
and pissed that off all days i wore jeans!!! the thought of the filthy garbage infested roads touching my jeans...
blek how ironic the one day i decide to dress up and they bring me to petaling street..for cheap roses...35 bucks for a decent bouquet of roses..
and when i do go to klcc and 1u, i dress like some ah pek( innocently thinking we're going to batu caves or putrajaya) idits...
ish ish...so our tally (bionic woman, jesze, me, kenny and moi alan)
yesh...
20 bracelets
3 boxes of that green bean paste kuih,
9 key chains
1 foldable congkak set
1 steel bracelet
1 bouquet of flowers
l cheong sam
1 cake
ish ish, real shopoholics man...actually, i don't even know why i bought that steel bracelet thingy..
and the weirdest thing happened....
so i was sitting in alan's car, chilling with the gang...
and the car beside me...was sau mei!!!
just when we were both looking outside the window,
just when we happened to stare at each other..
someone i have not seen in years..
and the freakiest thing is...she looked the same.
damn skippy...wished i'd wound down the windows
too bad, every time we passed, it was too fast..
it's a sign from god i tell you!!
I have found my position in the *ahem* lee household..so there i was minding my own busines...
"che..dad wants you to do something for him"
*thinking it was something damn important/serious shyt*
"what??"
"he wants you to watch the ending of "the aviator" for him and tell him what happens"
"......"
so insulting....
well i did watch the blardy show.bleh...quite interesting actually. Too bad i didn't watch the beginning..o_O
of course i shouldn't be suprised...
This is from the family that bets on the outcome of my a levels results ...
and they wonder why i go out so much....
i know i should get my plan b in motion soon.
IF i don't get into my college,
IF i dont' get overseas...
bleh...i have no idea what i want at the moment.
which sounds so adolescent..
"i want to study law"
but i don't
"my back-up is econs and finance"
dry dry dry dry...boring...
"em...accounts"
desperate times.....
or i'm just plain lazy to decide...
truth is i have..
but not what i can ever get.
for now..law's fine..
For..now..
I need a hug.^_^

That Jap girl is bionic woman.
How ironic the biggest bum of a best fwen would get the strongest/healthiest/fittest Jap exchange sister i've had the pleasure of knowing.
seriously, even alan and i were half dead from exhaustion, and she was stil raring to go..
how is that possible???
we brought her to tugu negara, kl tower, jalan imbi, back to kajang, back to cheras, down to 1u.
By then jesze was just about lying prone on her house floor..couldn't even budge.
Course i was lying on the couch..
and what does the jap do???!!??
She just sits on the table writing her postcards...
Insane..
I don't know whether to admire her or freak out.
Right now i'm leaning towards the latter.
So i did become the tour guide this past few days. Not only to the jap girl tho...Both jesze and alan were as blur as her...
funnily enough, exploring kl with only a rough guide on how to get around was...liberating. after a while, the streets get really familiar..i mean how big can kl get?
course i'm getting bored of kl. the jammed packed roads are starting to get on my nerves.
Next on the list..Putrajaya!! pffft....
had my first family dinner in ages. Ish ish...moi alan joined me for dinner.Well actually i was supposed to treat my dad with my first pay check...but the sad part is, that's all i can afford. one resonably good dinner.
nyek, guess that's what i get for opting to work twice a week and play for the rest..=D
met up with jin last night. omg the fella cut her hair!! damn happening. i think everyone should cut their hair.^_^

i am so emo now.
Had lunch with jesze and one of her future university mate. ish ish....i'm talking about yesterday.
Surprise surprise...jesze actually knows good food around. It's supposedly some famous lam mee at ulek.Lam mee is some kinda thick yellow noodles in gravy with prawns and chickens.
So we were sitting our asses there for the nest two hours. It was raining heavily. Well, they were chatting. I started blanking out half way. It just hit me. Jesze's actually leaving. I mean sitting there listening to them talk about america...I was like fuck....
The fact is, i've never really dealt with this before. mostly my way of adjusting to losing someone is to think of good goodbye presents to give them(which in jesze's case, i keep on thinking of ikea boxes, cos frankly that girl doesn't wear anything or NEEDS anything)..But really ikea boxes???? yesh, can't believe i'm soooo creative...
But i do try not to think about it lest i get upset...
anwyays, her japanese buddy came down. so we brought her to the taman connaught pasar malam. wakakaka...dont' you just love japanese people? they're so polite that anything you feed them they'll eat it...mwahahaha..
so yours truly fed her otak-otak, apam balik, agar-agar,coconut ice-cream, yong tau foo, bangkok biscuit...well she did like the apam balik(kuih kacang..)huhu...everything also..."good good *with that thumbs out sign*"...
gosh i love japs...
there was this last batch my bro hosted, one jap guy even licked petroleum!!course we didn't tell him to...he just did...
Anyays, i have been pissing my mom off lately. I think it does have something to do with the fact that i've been coming home when she's asleep. ish ish....

So being the utmost filial daughter i am, i went on an all round kajang town jaunt.
I did promise i'd do some errands for her.
So i did.
First was the post office. I walked from the clinic....to the post office. %$#%@$! for the uninformed...the blardy post office is near the police station.yesh...anyways after like 20 minutes of walking under the hot HOT sun, i reach. SO then of course i'm really blur cos i know nothing about the proper procedures in post offices. Government offices tend to have that effect on me. So i wait.for another half an hour before my number gets called. okay so i am damn stress adi...
"cik, you mesti tampal setem ini. you kena take off the cellotape...(i was sending a package)"
aiyo...
then i go to the writing counter(which i didn't know where it was). borrow a pen knife, cut off the cellotape. ish ish...
Then i get back...
she gives me a cheque...asks me to go rhb.
so i go.
then i come back.
she gives me another cheque...asks me to go hong leong.
then i come back.
she gives me another check..asks me to go ocbc.
then i come back.
she asks me to go find the comissioner of oaths.
then i come did not come back.
i decided my hair needed a trim and a wash.(okay and i did wanna take a break from all that walking. so sue me) wakakaka... i went to visit my hairdresser again. since we were both damn free, she took ages with my hair and i was mostly having fun reading magazines..
OMG am i becoming a bimbo!!???
